Made a mileage mistake on my son's car. So I called them to rectify it and had to have the car re-mot'd as it was passed 28 day's. We had a conversation and had agreed that it was their fault, so they would pay. My son booked a day off work and reinsured the car and when he gets there the wouldn't honour it. So unprofessional and arrogant. I think what made the experience worse was I'd recommended them to him.

Ok for MOTs and services. In my experience, not so good at diagnostics. They’ve had my car in twice for the same fault recently and failed to identify the problem. Put it into another garage who identified the problem (faulty surge valve so not complicated) and fixed it immediately.

Great had car mot. Will go back.

Had a mot on Friday, I asked beforehand if the car failed would I get a free retest they said yes as long as it doesn’t fail on brakes or suspension then ring back up once the work has been carried out to rebook just to be told that’s it’s a half price retest fee. Rip offs would never use them again

Absolutely fantastic service! My car failed it's MOT on too much play in wheel bearing, garage gave a reasonable quote for replacing it, so got it booked in.

Imagine my surprise when picking up the car to find the bill was less than a quarter of the quoted price - turns out the wheel bearing wasn't worn out, just the hub nut was loose (another garage in the area had done work earlier this year on the car and obviously not done the job properly), so Three Arch replaced the nut and did it up properly costing me far less than expected.

I have no doubt certain other garages would not have been so open and honest about it and likely charged the quoted price and not said anything (because checking that a new wheel bearing has been installed is virtually impossible), so thank you.

Outstanding service from Lee and his team, got my car up and running after a failed turbo bearings. Car covered with WarrantyWise and Lee did a great job sorting out the work with them. Got car serviced at same time too. I'll be back again for any work that needs to be done on our cars. Highly recommended

Recently purchased a car from this garage. All members of staff very helpful and friendly. Receptionist I feel went far above being a receptionist. Worthy of ten stars. Would definitely deal again for the right car. I highly recommend.
