Great little company if a little hard to find! Don’t use your sat nav it won’t find it. Look just around the left hand bend to the right of the timber yard and almost opposite Suit City. Phil knows what he is doing and they did a great job on my two front diamond cut wheels. They offer a collect service too as well as a jack up where they will put your spare on so you can drive away and leave your damaged wheel for repair. If you need more than one done by arrangement you can leave the car there while it is being done.

After a few years of heavy mileage, and some curb crunches here and there, I had no hope of my wheels being salvageable. After a few days with PWR, they are better than new!! The team discovered a crack and 4 dents, which were resolved in a timely and pain-free manner. I went for a colour change - If you do this, make sure you specify the centre caps being done too. If I have to have my wheels done again in future, or if someone asks who they should use, it is 100% Premier Wheel Repairs, without second thought. Great company.

I was recommended by a neighbour to try this place years ago - finally 'pulled my finger out' and gave it a try... and I wasn't disappointed. Check out their Facebook page... its adorned with pictures of prestige, high performance cars having their wheels refurbished, because the prestige dealers themselves clearly trust Premier Wheel Repairs to consistently do great work.

The wheels on my Italian were badly scuffed, and a shade too dark for me - I had them refurbished in 'Grigio Mercury' which they made up especially for me, and I was ecstatic with the results. I had the rear tyres changed at the same time, as they identified some defects in the sidewall of one.

Phil and the team are brilliant - friendly, professional, and Marie on reception a pleasure to deal with. The lead-time was fairly long (because they're busy and popular), but they managed to squeeze me in so I only ended up waiting a week, and the turnaround was expedient also.

Was it the cheapest? No. Should you always buy on price? No. I'm happy to pay good money for great work, which is what I got with Premier Wheel Repairs. However.. it was cheaper than the quote my Maserati/Ferrari specialist gave me ;)

As per similar reviews, you've really got to pay attention when driving past (unless you know exactly where you're going) - I overshot and ended up doing a U-Turn just outside EuroCarParts. A big sign would certainly help!

I didn't think that the wheels were salvageable due to seemingly extensive damage. Premier Wheel Repair corrected the damage, whilst changing the wheel colour at little extra cost.

The finished product completely surpassed my expectations, with the repair quality being second to none, and friendly/effective communication throughout.

Premier wheels did an excellent job on four diamond cut alloys on my Audi. They all had quite bad kerb damage, but the refurbishment rectified all that. Their quality of work put the wheels back to new condition. They look fantastic again, and have enabled me to get a good price on part exchanging it for another car. The guys and girls at Premier did an incredible job - I could scarcely believe they were the same scuffed up old wheels that I had previously dropped off. Great value, super customer service. Highly recommended.

Extremely disappointed I had three Toyota alloy wheels repaired by this company and in less than a year all three where showing water damage and the only tyre that is in perfect condition is the fourth one that was never touched (original one) When I queried they’ll happily repair 1 of them again for free, but I’ll have to pay for the other two again at £80 plus each 😩 I think it’s totally unfair! BEWARE APPARENTLY THE WHEELS I HAD REPAIRED ALLEGEDLY only comes with three months warranty…. Sadly I only used these because of recommendation… I only ever wash my car myself, I use a sponge and hose so the water damage had to come from defects within the repairs or unless I was extremely unlucky!

Having used Wheel Works in Crawley a number of times with truly shocking results I thought I would try Premier wheels.
The work was meticulous and thorough. The result ( a number of years later) is the wheels still look like new.
Attention to detail and not cutting corners is why this company offered a 1 year guarantee on their work. They are not the cheapest but you truly get what you pay for.
