Really helpful. I phoned for a very small order (three bolts) and Ben who dealt with it could not have been more efficient and pleasant. The same happened with a second order and they took the trouble to keep me updated and inform when it was ready for collection. The garage in Brimscombe is slightly out of the way but worth finding. I will be taking my car there for service and MOT.

Extremely knowledgeable and professional, unlike far too many mechanics out there. Are genuinely invested in following up any queries or concerns you may have, no matter how big or small. Dealing with Ben, Rich and the team is always super easy and I would highly recommend all day long.

My Skoda Octavia 1.4 had intermittent ignition problems after being off the road for months and then having a new battery. It prevented the car starting unpredicatbly. I had tried 3 garages who were unable to help. Blakes came up with a plan and after a couple of days identified a faulty relay associated with the engine control module. They replaced it and the car has been fine for the couple of months since.
Very impressed with the professional service at a reasonable price.
