Absolutely recommend Vines, my car went in for body work after a slight accident . My thanks to Tracy Charlton she was very professional and a credit to Vines, the kind gentleman who assessed the damage was fantastic and both treated me with respect and always asked if I was OK , they kept me updated on the progress of the repair and couldn’t do enough . Thank you

I can't recommend Vines body shop enough, friendly and professional front of house service and the job they carried out on my car was excellent, skilled and beyond expectation. I had three small dents and plus it required a respray and as you can tell from the attached pics they carried out a stunning job. Massive thanks to the team.

I’m Vines Mini customer for the past 2 years. The Mini team from sales, Service and Bodyshop were always great When My Mini had someone reversed her car and hit my brand new car. It was heart broken but Claire , Tracy and the workshop team were so great and understanding. They brought my Mini back to the original and I hardly tell it has been hit before. I’ll definitely use Mini Vine’s workshop again. Highly recommended.

Body workshop @ Crawley very helpful and informative. My car arrived back from Guildford found the rear door wiring loom plug hadn’t been reconnected also the inside of my car was filthy (which I cleaned myself)
A little more attention from the Guildford bodywork shop and checked properly before handover should have been done.

My car was transferred from Vines Gatwick to Vines Guildford for body repair. Though it was Christmas time, the engineers did a marvellous job and got the car in a peak condition.
I also thank Gus Tosey for taking special interest in this case.
