Kernahan Service

I don't live in Witney and wasn't familiar with Kernahan. I'm not a fan of big dealerships as the service tends not to be very consistent. I needed a first service for my 8 month old Ford Focus and booked online through Ford.
Professional, friendly service. Exactly as described.
As a bonus the car was cleaned inside and out, and the invoice emailed across all for £180. Will recommend and definitely use again. Thank you

This garage was recommended to me whilst visiting Witney and my vehicle developed a worrying fault that needed attention before travelling any further distance. Kernahans were brilliant and repaired the faults as a priority due to my circumstances and at a very fair price. I can only recommend this business.

Used the services for an MOT and car service. Communication was very clear and they use a great traffic light service to determine safety of the different parts of your vehicle. Didn't feel like they forced repairs and were very open and honest about it. The guys on the desk felt welcoming and seemed to enjoy a joke which was nice. Video sent through to explain different parts of the vehicle's health which was very informative.
Will use again next year of still in the area.

Just be careful that the entrance is reasonably hidden, but can easily turn around if you drive past it, as I did.

Excellent! I drive 25 miles (past my local Ford garage) to bring my car here for service and repairs. They diagnosed and fixed a fault another Ford and independent garage had several failed attempts at; they conduct business in a polite and transparent way; and give great follow up customer service.

Must say haven't received like this for a long time within Ford I would most definitely use them again excellent all round service from customer service and technicians and appointment lengths & times 5/5 well done

Needed parts for a 17 year old car. Got excellent advice, gently given. Then, on my request, advice about alternatives.
Two days later went back, ordered the parts and am expecting them next week.
Was a bit worried; have now relaxed. A good experience.
