Best place to go when your BMW starts giving you problems. After a bad major repair my car had I was giving out hope and thankfully found Autotech. Sue and the team did everything professionally possible to get my car back in the condition it should be. Communication was good and everything was explained clearly to me at every stage of the ongoing work. Highly recommended.

Problems with the alarm system on my 420d convertible. They diagnosed which sensor was causing the problem (when others couldn't) and changed it quickly. Good quick service.

Had a oil service on my F15 all seemed to have gone well. Will be returning. A bit of a waiting list when booking but I guess that reflects on the amount of customers booking in so shows they are good. By putting my car inside the garage durning the night, when I dropped it off the day before. And by just talking to them I feel safe to leave my car there they seem to take care of/with your vehicles.

I’ve been taking my BMW’s to Sue Tony and Gaz for over ten years, just had another full service and calliper change, car feels fantastic at 107,000 !! Gaz is a top bmw technician, very good service as per normal,

Brought my Bmw 116i here rough idling and basically driving like a bag of nails rattling engine where two garages couldn't find faults and returned car back to me Sue and Tony were amazing finding the faults and they did an amazing job stripping car down and repairing timing chain plus many other issues with the car price wise very reasonable and they kept me informed every step of the way now the car drives like a dream.

Thanks you guys I will be returning for all my car needs.

Sue and Tony did a great job sorting out the gremlins on my Z3. They had the car for 4 working days and were clear with me, what they were doing and why. Great Service.

Not accommodating couldn't fit me in for 2 weeks and only needed a fuel filter change. They think they are the only bmw specialist in South Wales. So went to promotive in rogerstone and fitted me in 48hrs after phone call and were £20 cheaper and had the use of a courtesy car for 2 hours ! Bonus
