UNREAL SERVICE!!!! Took my VW T5 camper in to have a full stereo refit. The sound system is next level and the first thing people comment on when they get in the van. Scott and the team talked me through the new equipment and how to change the audio if needed. They also have great post install support, I had a small issue after the install and I just took the van back to the shop and it was resolved free of charge. 100% would recommend these guys for all your car audio needs. I’m definitely going back to have more audio equipment installed and a new leisure battery fitted. Keep up the good work guys and thanks for all your help!!

I have a 16-year-old Audi TT (excellent condition!) that suddenly developed an intermittent parasitic battery drain that would rapidly completely drain the battery of power. Numerous attempts over many months with a multimeter (by myself and exceptionally good mechanics) failed to locate the fault. Norwich Audi then recommended that I approach East Anglia Car Audio and within an hour they had successfully identified the Bose amplifier as the problem. They then installed a new very impressive audio system that has solved the problem and I can now sleep at night. The customer service was excellent, as was the quality of the workmanship, and their knowledge of car audio systems appears to know no bounds. They are also an extremely pleasant bunch of people to interact with. I would not hesitate to go back there (I live 30 miles away) and I recommend them wholeheartedly. What a nice experience!
