I have used this place a few times and have been very good. But was very disappointed this evening went to get my wife’s car cleaned in and out and was treated by a very rude member of staff that told me it was extra because my car was dirty???? Did not realise they only cleaned clean cars. I quested this and he said they he would charge me normal price but would not do a good job. I left and went else where for it to be cleaned. Very disappointed and for this poor experience I now would not recommend them or use them again.

The guys were great. My car was covered in bird poo and they kept scrubbing until it was all gone and didn't charge any extra. Great job!

Have always been satisfied with the high quality service and end result at this car wash. However what happened to the little"free" air freshener? That was a nice touch.

Cheap car hand-wash in the parking lot of ASDA Kettering. It seems like their washing is thorough, but...The problem is the staff changes very frequently and many times inexperienced/ untrained people get to do the job. After washing my new Mercedes there I found many light scratch marks on the paint probably done with an improper sponge and rubbing too hard. Big damage for me I assure you. 2-3 of my friends also told me they had the same problem there and never went again. I wish I knew beforehand ...Avoid !

About week ago I tried them first time and its been my last. Outside wash fine, but interior terrible. They spent some time to tidy up but I havent seen any difference and also all glasses had a lot of dirt marks. Terrible stink inside after, they used dump and stinky clothes to clean. Not cheap and no quality. Never again.

Today I only had my car washed outside and I can tell you the crew were so polite and friendly, which isn’t easy or common to come across, very efficient, and I will be going EVERY Time, outstanding, 10 out of 10

Exceptional car clean. Best one I've been too, well worth travelling out of your way for. My car was full of sand from a few days by the beach, and they charged a small but very fair supplement to cover this. Never be able to tell I went to the beach now though.
