Disgraceful. I have been using this place for going on 10 years, and this time I pointed out all of the smears and the fact the back end of my car had been totally missed.
I was met by aggression and swearing. Young lad got in my face swearing and shouting. I had to take my car elsewhere to be cleaned properly. They couldn't believe how bad the job was.
My side skirts hadn't been cleaned at all but I couldn't stay there I felt totally unsafe. My company usually use this place for customer cars however we have now found a new place and they are actually cheaper and do a much better job. It's a shame as I know the local businesses around this wash and the people but now I will no longer be spending mine and my business money here.

The guys do a fantastic job, you don’t feel rushed and their attention to detail is amazing. Even to the point that they use a fine brush to clean things like air vents and in between gaps.

We had inside and out done and waited in their waiting room.

Ok if you don't care about swirl marks and fine scratches. They don't rinse the sponge out once when washing the whole car, so all that dirt and grit gets rubbed in all over.

Update from second wash: now costs £7 minimum.
Wanted a quick clean, the front bumper doesn't look like it's been touched and has dry dirt patches on it and other various spots around the car

Always get my car cleaned here. Although the prices have risen twice since lockdown, the staff always do a fantastic job and are very friendly. My car looks fab as I drive out.
