5 Star Car Wash

Scratched all of my wheels which were spotless before hand, they are accepting no responsibility even when i saw them do it! Apparently anything that happens even if it is an accident they wont do anything about. If you want to go to a place which will damage your wheels come on here.

Always had really good experience... Even when there's a long queue, they work through them quicky and ensure you're not waiting too long.

They do a great job, inside and out, and the cost isn't too high!

Would definitely recommend!

Had my Mercedes washed today, one of the guys ripped of the badge on the back of the car, when questioned just shrugged his shoulders and said it happens. Disgraceful

Sorry you feel this way! But I can honestly say my staff wouldn’t of ripped the badge off. The power of the jet wash would of done it! Unfortunately that can not be helped but they would of been happy to have stuck it back on for you.

No the letters were covered in fluff and material of the cloth. So obviously the heavy handed staff ripped it off as it was covered in material! They were not bothered and just said it happens. Been using this car was for years and will never return and will tell everyone to avoid .

A very popular and busy carwash with a very competent crew who do an excellent job of cleaning outside and/or inside vehicles. Charges well signposted and reasonable.

Usually pretty good. They can lack attention to detail especially if it is busy.

The team work hard to ensure my car is thoroughly valeted. Well staffed and reasonably priced for what you get. I've used a number of times now and am very happy with the service provided.

Absolutely shocking car still dirty inside would of gave 0 stars if I could of bit of dirt every were still I ask them to clean it they made up loads of excuses why it was still dirty I ask for my money back they refuse apsolutely worse place I’ve ever been stay away!!! There rude as anything a can’t do a basic job probley they just want the money got some pics at bottom but loads worse none of windows have been cleaned either!!

They are very good I won't go anywhere else
