I paid £16 and they cleaned it amazingly and even took out the dent in my car that someone did a few months back!! Without even saying anything, they are so nice! It made my day ☺️

Always had a brilliant service here my vechicals are always well looked after and cleaned well. I pay £14 for a number 2 mini valet inside and out on my car's. Note prices vary according to size of car so yes more for SUV type cars and depending on how heavily dirty. 👍👌💯 #5⭐

I used this place to wash cars for well over two years.
They had their good and less good moments. Today the service I received was so appealing that I really had to warn other fellow drivers of this.
Went there for a quick outside wash. This usually takes a few minutes only and away I go with a clean car.
Today it took about 30min despite having only one car in front of me. Ok, I thought they were a bit slow and disorganised but we all have our ups and downs. When I finally reached the long awaited drying stage of the process the gentleman drying my vehicle saw his mate passing by and went to have a chit chat with him. Since I was there already close to half an hour I reminded him that he could finish my car as I had to go. His response was that I needed to wait. I thought OK, this is a bit rude but still thought his young, he'll learn and so on.
When he finished and came to get the £7 fee for the wash and without being asked any extra questions by me, made a comment that if I wasnt happy I should find another car wash. Well, this was over the top for me. Not that the service was only slow but I was also getting rude comments by a staff member and advised to find another car wash. WOW! No business sense whatsoever, total lack of customer service!
Asked to speak to the manager. Gentleman in a suit explained that despite offering his staff good money he can't find any polite and hard working people dedicated to quality work and decent customer service. He didn't seem bothered the slightest. BEST AVOIDED!

The wash itself - overall not worst, but missed a few spots. Very poor customer service! I was treated like some sort of a pest, upon reporting minor damage to upholstery in my car to the manager. Luckily I fixed the damage myself, but the fact, that the management wouldn't accept responsibility is abhorring. Will not use again.

I have been using these guys for a couple of years and they were good.
However the last 2 times I’ve been there, I end up behind a queue of their cars from the sales lot. Nobody seems to care and they’re happy to make paying customers wait. The owner/manager seems to feel that he is far superior to lesser people like my wife and I.
I won’t be back, there are many others who are happy to have my business.

Took my car for a clean, first time and last time I’d come again, if they spent less time arguing as that what is sounded like then cleaning my car I would of come home happy, water marks still on car where they didn’t dry it in time just left to dry by the sun, quick polish and hoover, still had dust and bits. Enjoy your £18 you won’t get another penny from me.

Really gone down hill the last two times they only wanted to do a basic hand wash and really didn't want to do that, poor attention to detail. This car wash is definitely there for money laundering. Really disappointing. 0/10

Just wasted the best part of an hour of my life, one old boy doing the washing (he is thorough, I'll give him that). He was washing one car for ages, they left a driverless (car lot) car in front of me, could have let me go in front of it, had to shout to get them to move it and start washing it.
Used to be good, will go elsewhere now🙄😪
