£20 for a medium car inside and out wash.

Was nice clean when done and took about 30 minutes although I've been to places for better jobs of the same thing for only £12 in other areas.

The staff were friendly but they certainly rush the job! They were reversing customers cars like maniacs around the carpark into their little cleaning station!

They also did a good (not great or stellar) job with washing my car, although £20 for a proper in and out wash is quite expensive especially for a standard sized car.

Brilliant job! Paid £20 for the gold service and my car looked almost brand new again! The staff were very pleasant and the manager was very helpful and offered to put my shopping in the boot. Even gave the kids some sweets! Definitely coming back again :)

Wow what a poor customer experience! Got continually shouted at by the manager. I was told 30 mins but came back after 10 mins to pick up my car so I waited quite far away whist talking on the phone. The manager then came storming over yelling at me after 20 minutes saying he had been shouting across the car park for a while but I ignored him while I was on my phone. Then carried on complaining about my car taking up space. Clueless about customer service if they think yelling at a customer for little reason is acceptable. Shame as the manager during the week (this happened in a Sunday) is very friendly and accommodating. Avoid.

AVOID! Just used this car wash for the first time, had gold service and never again! Only things noticeably clean were the tyres , the rest looks like my 11 year old daughter done a slap dash job, waste of £20, they definitely didn’t carry out the service I paid for

Way too expensive and poor customer service skills. I don't like pulling up and being pointed to a car park space...I'll stop if I want to. I went round the corner to the Rodney Road hand car wash and had my car washed, waxed, hoovered, dash and interior polished etc for £18 which is £10 cheaper. Waves prices are probably high because of what they have to pay Tesco. I also don't like being told my Qashqai is a large MPV.
