Waves Hand Car Wash Slough

Horrendous place- charged £22 for what other car washes do in £10. I thought they would do a really thorough job because of this but they missed so much! Inside windows not cleaned properly and now have specks everywhere. Whatever brand they use for wax and cleaning did nothing- it doesn't even smell like it's been cleaned. What's even more annoying is I got it washed while shopping and told them I would be half an hour, but they only just started when I came back and I took over an hour shopping! Horrible service, don't waste your money it's much better around other places in Slough. Safe to say this is the worst one I've been to.

I agree with previous reviews. This is very expensive and poor quality service.
I left them my car and said I'm going shopping. They told me to pay in front! Weird...
They told me it will take them 1 hour to clean.
It took me 2 hours to do my shopping, and when I was back - they did not even start washing my car! Obviously they did not apologies and started to flirt with female worker from Dorothy Perkins section.
Once the flirting was done, it took them another 30 minutes to clean my car and they were rushing, did lousy job.
They said they used wax, but the car looked like it was just washed with water.
Never again!

Poor job really, I paid £20 for the silver service, I came back 2 hours later to find the lower passenger side still filthy, complaints fell on deaf ears, the guy preferring to tell me they'd cleaned the glass, interior, wheels, boot etc. I thought that's what I was paying for, as well as supposedly the outside. Cheaper £10 inside an out local car washes do a better job

Washed car here a few times, I had a poor service before and vowed never to be back but found myself here today. Extremely expensive, management seems to have changed hands with very poor customer services. First the card machine wasn't working and no advance warning was given. After walking over to the train station ATM to get cash, we turned up and was told there was no change, zzzzzzz. Had to wait for one of the staff members to go find change. This is my last visit! I would rather drive around town with a filthy car.

Outrageous pricing and wrongly jumping on the bandwagon of inflation. They wanted £15 for an outside clean only (Audi A6). Last time I used Waves it was £10, in line with all others in the area. There's nothing worse than sheer greed......

Pathetic Experience today. We visited the site for cleaning and at time of receiving our car found scratch’s at back side of the car with the right side light damage . After we asked the person at the site he denied of doing that and then said we can see the camera to check and called the owner for the cctv access . The owner said he cannot give access to his employee and he will send his sister at 5 ‘o clock and she will let us see the cctv camera . We agreed and came back at 5 then the lady started shouting on phone that she cannot come as she has a life and cannot bother coming there just to show the video recording , I asked her then we why we were asked to come if their intentions were not to show the cctv . She started shouting and said first you send the video of your car and then I will send you the video . I did sent it but has been no response so far . I again ranged the owner and he said the same thing the his life doesn’t revolves round us and our car and he can’t do anything and to complain to main office. We asked just to show the cctv so that we can make sure of the accident but instead of cooperating he said bye bye and disconnected the call on my wife
We had to drive back for 20 mins just to check the cctv out but disappointment is not that only our car got damage but also my wife had to go through the misbehaviour of the lady and the owner on the phone . We just requested to make us see the recording as we wanted to make sure that it has not happened at their site.
Very poor customer service and very arrogant.

I honestly cannot recommend these guys enough. Take card payments as well as provide club card points. Polite and very reasonably priced for the work. Drop off her car, shop, and collect your clean car

They have done a great job cleaning the car and took their time making sure it looked good. However... throughout the process of them cleaning the inside they made me feel very uncomfortable, I would advise them to not talk about customers in another language as they don't know who understands their language or not and I did not appreciate the comments; or the looks that were given either. I also had a coffee cup which had liquid in which they chucked on the seat whilst cleaning the cup holders, as soon as I picked it up coffee spilt on the seat, I didn't appreciate the carelessness. They also need to calm down with upselling, it was a bit much.
