Bubbles1 Hand Car Wash

My car was filthy and looked like an old banger.
There is a Cafe located right next door so I decided to get the car washed while I had a quick bite to eat.
Overall they did a reasonable job of cleaning the car but unfortunately their attention to detail leaves a lot to be desired.
I only realised that they had missed areas when I arrived home and it was too far away to take it back.
At first glance it looked pretty good, maybe I should have given it a closer inspection before leaving.
The price was acceptable and they have a menu system that you can choose from.
I would use them again but I would inspect the car before leaving.

Pros:

1. They do a better job than nearby competition.

2. They are friendly.

3. They are inside so you don't get hot/cold/wet while waiting.

Cons:

1. Slower than average. But you do get better service.

2. They are a slightly more expensive.

3. They did miss bits. But, I'm being picky and I did get my monies worth.

4. You wait longer in queue. I had 3 cars in front and waited 15 minutes.

5. The location and building isn't great. Steep entrance ramp and dusty track road.

I've been bringing my cars here for some time. We have a large mobility van now and it wasn't a problem.. Staff are always friendly and helpful. I'll keep going there for sure.

Damaged my car, went back for handle that they broke off. Dmaged centre console admitted no liability. Never go back, dishonest.

Car looked great ...good service as been before but when they asked for my keys to open boot ..I tripped on wet concrete. ...busted up my knee this was nearly two weeks not been able to work ..had to get myself up not help offered ...won't be going back

Took my car in on Sunday for a quick exterior wash.

Not much of a wait, just one car in front of me. Wash looked Pretty thorough but one I drove out into daylight I had a look round to see they had missed half the front bumper. It was still filthy so I went back and they gave it a wipe over for me.

Dropped a star for that, that's all. Updated price list on photo.

Very good car wash and customer service

Quick and efficient-but it shows the next day ! white dusty residue on most of interior surfaces that had to be wiped off
A couple of minutes extra would make the difference 😊
