Amazing staff, amazing job, they did an excellent job on my brand new Mercedes Benz I would never go anywhere else for my car cleaned, I have recommended to all my friends because they were just so efficient.

Awful company. God help you if they damage your car. I have seen them threaten customers who complain. The one time I went I itnessed staff cleaning a van climb on top damaging the roof and damage it along its full length. When the owner complained 4 guys stood around him until he backed off. Laughing stock in the area for many reasons including the utter carnage that ensues every time the police raid the place and all the staff scatter and run for the hills. Disgraceful firm and very very suspect indeed.

Been about 4 times never again converable roof looked dirtier than when I took it in cost me 20 quid sportage 15 quid streaks all down it transit van wanted just wash outside 20 quid they opened doors and jet washed the step wet all the dash and seats very bad work nip it asda now cheaper and better couldn't give it minus star rating

They went above and beyond. I went today and my car was a mess from holiday at skeg and having a 4 year old
and they scrumb my car clean inside and out. They even got the sweets marks off the back seat 🤦‍♀️ Will definitely be returning and great price. They even kept my 4 year old amused. A+++ service

Hit and miss from this place. Come on guys you you can do better. I appreciate washing cars is an art, but when we're paying for a good service and get missed body panels still dirty and unwashed. You tend to think, what's the point. We used to spend around £200 a month at this carwash as we've got quite a few cars in our family. Not any more. We're happy to pay more money elsewhere and get a top quality job. Dont let your staff run your company down the pan by doing a sloppy job.

Was recommended by a friend to take my car for a clean inside and out. I got there around mid day and there were a couple of cars already in there so thought it must be good for people to be using them. However was very disappointed ☹️ I had every intention of paying the £20 for standard inside & out as it details on their prices board but when they asked what I was after and I asked kindly for inside and out they had a look in my car and said £25, which is 1) absolutely ludicrous as it was only the drivers side footwell that really needed cleaning as I don’t have any passengers it’s only me who gets in the car and my dog 2) the entire back of my car is covered using a seat hammock for the dog and under the cover it wasn’t even remotely messy as it covers all the seats and the footwells! The guys there seemed pleasant enough but I was asked again whilst having my car dried if I wanted the inside doing and I said no thank you as it’s too expensive and he asked me what they other guy had told me the price was… so they must make prices up as they go along. I totally understand the cost of living has increased but we’re all feeling the affects, it doesn’t mean justify ripping folks off that are still trying to help out small businesses! Unfortunately don’t think I’ll use again.

RIP OFF MERCHANTS! Absolutely shocking experience!! I've been coming here for years and it's always been excellent and good value for money. However I went to get only the inside of my van done yesterday and they tried charging me £25.. Its always only been £10 max for the inside of my van as it only has 2 seats in the front section and that's it! I told him this and he said okay then did a terrible job.. It was still filthy, I had to do it myself when I got home. Never will I be returning again, terrible service and they are trying to rip everyone off!
