Newham Hand Car Wash

The worst car wash I have ever been to. Not that they can't wash cars but because they have no system in place and it took them over 30 minutes to rinse and shampoo the outside of my car. Instead of lots of staff working on all of the cars at once it would be better and quicker if they had a team of 3 or 4 people per car. It would also be much faster if they had 1 lane just for customers who want the outside only. With the space and workforce they had these would be easy changes. These changes would increase their churn rate and keep customers happy too. I will never return!

Came down around midday on a Sunday, only a few cars in front of me but the staff were quick and efficient and it was soon my turn. Just asked to wash the outside and they did a good job at a reasonable price.

They are following systematic car washing. They wash and clean car with care as well as they are quick and efficient

Service has lacked significantly have been a customer for many years unfortunately this visit was very different.
when entered i was welcomed with a very"not bothered"face from the staff that wash the vehicle.I have had to point out areas missed when cleaning the windows espicially the windscreen.A customer should not have do a 360° check to see if the vehicle has been washed well for the price you are paying for.

Never too late to make improvements “Newham Hand car wash”.

The best car wash I have been to in London I recommend the spray polish which is an extra 5 pound as it gives a showroom feel to your car. Very kind and caring owners who go over the top for there customers. Been going here for 7 years and I couldn’t be happier

You need to keep an eye out .
When they clean inside your car. Some of my things were taken nothing that can't be replaced.

Washed my car recently and they did an amazing job, quick and efficient, very nice wash. As I looked out my driver side window, it looked so clean that I thought the window was open. Well done guys!

Great place to wash car I've know Sam for over a decade and half. Despite having stiff competition from from the nearby garage that is expensive Sam's garage is great.
