Fast and efficient service and the impression is that no-one is forced to be there. Could provide a little more in terms of comfort for customers - might not be too pleasant if the weather is cold or wet whilst waiting

If I could give 0 star then I most definitely would. I literally came here for the first time intending to get a wash done in and out only for them to lose me as a customer due to their lack of professionalism and rudeness. Instead of them to apologise to me for the wait, they then took it out on me. They made me feel as though I was an inconvenience. Yes it was busy, however you don’t speak to customers in an ill-mannered way. I simply ask them politely how long the wait would be roughly, I just wanted a simple estimate. One of the workers gave me a rude response. He says to me “as you can see there are other cars here. I don’t know how long the wait will be.” That is incredibly rude!!! I work in hospitality myself and it is common courtesy to respond to customers with respect and also apologise for the wait. In the end I didn’t even hesitate to leave. They lost a potential customer and extra income. Learn to have some manners!!!!! Ill-mannered, uncultured swines.

I asked for inside/out wash of my car and the guy said it'd cost £15, then after I've paid and as I'm about to leave, another guy comes to tell me the charge is £20! Not impressed with the quality of the cleaning either. First and last time i used them.

DO NOT ENTER I wish there was a 0 option so I could have gave this place the lowest possible rating. I'm a minicab driver and we normally get a discount every car wash we go but this place not only just takes cash so they don't pay tax they triple charge customers. I get my car washed inside out for 12 pounds so I asked them how much they would charge me he said 25 I was like that's expensive and they replied you can go then. WORST PLACE EVER DO NOT ENTER.
