ARC Car Wash

Although the website said it will not scratch the paint work due to ultra soft brushes, I took my brand new dark blue car in for its first wash. After parking and seeing the car in sunlight, it was evident the wash microscratched the entire car with scratches and swirls. I can't unsee it now and it's heartbreaking. Now it will cost £££s to redetail the car and polish this mess away.

Lovely little car wash, friendly staff and I like how you can still pay cash as well as by card or even buy your car wash in advance.

Not used these for a long time, don't know why as they always do a good job...

Great place to get your car washed,cheap aswell

Using the wash for 2-3 years, wash is automatic so you get what you pay for. Staff was always pleasant and that was the reason for coming back.
Two weeks ago during the wash (usually pay £7-11 per wash, 2-3 times a month) water stopped half way. The car came out with lots of soap on it, I was busy to return, so thought I’ll let them know next time.
Today, after speaking to a nice lady and paying for my wash, and informing her of issue, an unpleasant man came out and said “you’ve had good service for years, and now after one bad wash how do you dare to complain”!!!
As if we don’t pay for every service!!! EVERY TIME!!!
And he rushed off. I presume a new owner or so. All I was expecting was a sorry about that, as the lady admitted due to how busy they were they switched to fast wash so you don’t get a great service, even if you pay for it.
In the end they loose a faithful customer and get a bad review. And i loose my favourite car wash.
Owner dude, you need to learn how to treat people that pay money for your service, and chill a bit!!! NEVER COMING BACK

This car wash is fine for a quick wash/dry. It is usually busy so may have a 5-10 minutes wait. Offers a range of car wash options from £2 up to £15. I tend to only ever use the £2 wash which is adequate and then finish off at home. Staff usually friendly. Exit ramp is very steep and exit road on the bend is not great for pulling out, so take care.

Just popped in on my way home. you pay on your card,even through your closed window. I usually have a £2.wash which is enough for me. they clean your wheels and windows first with a jet wash manually .the man is very helpful making sure you put your car in N and turn your wipers off .before you go in .will and do return regularly.keep up the good work .

£1.30 for a basic car wash.
Absolutely cracking. It did the job much quicker and better than I do. Bad knees and parked on busy dirty road so I'm more than happy to get a cheap as chips, literally, car wash.
You can get top of the range, super duper washes as well. Pay by card and has an attendant to guide you through. Your car is moved through the car wash on rollers so handbrake off, gear in neutral and no foot brake.
