Car Park Valeting

Car looked clean only took 6/7 minutes

I've been disrespected by staff twice. Once I gave coins instead of a note, I got disrespected to the max. I had to get out of my car abd shout back at him and tell him to give my money back since coins weren't acceptable to him (the owner) apparently. Incredibly disrespectful, specially since I was going there qnd actually tipping them at the end of each wash. After that disrespect I got, I never went back. I'd rather drive over 20min for somewhere else than this place. They don't even wash it properly. So what are people paying for? I hope it gets shut down soon and bought by someone else who has manners and respect for people.

They didn’t speak much English but didn’t bother me they done a lovely job they all work very hard

Astonishing prices , 25pounds for outside and inside , and 15 just for outside, had to ask for tyre black and door shuts some was missed. For a hand car wash wasn't great I will stick with the machine ones again now. Moaned the outside was dirty and I get car washed twice a week so wasn't that dirty. Doubt I wil be back.unfortently. don't know why people que up so long for this place.

Today at Car Park Valeting in Thamesmead SE28 8RD, I asked the person who seemed to be in charge of the car washing team if I can park my car while I go shopping and leave it waiting in the queue as they had suggested on previous visits to the car wash. On this occasion he refused and said I had to wait in the car so I told him it was matter of counting and that I would be 10th in the queue. He replied angrily and told me to f*** off. Such disrespectful behaviour should not be tolerated and Car Park Valeting should hold him responsible for harassing the customer. I am now making a formal complaint.

Very rude people working here.
I took my car here because it was full of birds dropping. The self-wash at Morrison's was broken and I was in a rush so I stopped to this guys which I know from previous experience that they are rude and unwelcoming.
I couldn't leave the car as was rudely told to stay in and then they started to wash with me and the kids inside and that would have been ok...noisy but ok. The men then opened my car's doors and they proceeded to wash the dirt off the hinges with a pressure gun and us sitting in there ??!! I told one I didn't needed it and he ignored me and carried on washing and spraying me?,!@ with dirty water.
One opened my kid's side and just said "Move".
I honestly have no idea why are they so busy.
It must be a case of people pulling up with them because there is nothing better around!!
Don't! Just drive off somewhere else, they don't deserve your money!!
I am never going to stop here again.

Decent hand wash. £25 for Gold wash. £30 for Platinum. Very busy and I think they’d have spent more time if the queue wasn’t so big.
