Waves Hand Car Wash Northampton South

Absolutely terrible service at Waves Northampton.
Took my wife's small hatchback for a inside and out clean as we had just purchased the car. Only to get the car back in pretty much the same dirty state it was when we dropped it off. £ 30 for what looked like just a spray of the hose pipe?? Never going to use their services again.

I left my very grubby car in the hands of these capable guys while I went shopping.. I came back to a highly polished and sparkly car. Excellent value for money and a great service.

OMG I feel I've been had! Dropped van this morning for a standard wash got back 30mins later and all done.. did a walk round, well a blind man would have been please with it, still dirt on the lower parts of the van, inner door wells still covered in mud, not ever blackened tyres, outside widow still smeared.... then OMG they charged me £25 🤬 not happy! I usually go to the one on bridge street on the corner but they were so busy and they only charge £15 and are far superior... now I’m gonna finish cleaning my van 🤬 never again

Staff is always very friendly and you feel welcomed!

Water Marks everywhere.. do they use RODI water to rinse down? 1/10

Just a total disgrace and daylight robbery. At best this was £10 value
