Went for the first time today - very disappointed in the service. Paid £12 for ‘silver’ service.

There are several areas inside where they just didn’t bother to hoover, lots of smudgey marks on the outside and the glass cleaning is also covered in water marks or smudges.

I didn’t notice properly until i got home, so I’m annoyed that I didn’t check properly before leaving there. I’ve put the photos below to show what i mean. I certainly wasn’t expecting perfection but also wasn’t expecting to have to take the hoover out at home and finish the job!

Wouldn’t recommend, the only reason I gave 2 stars is bc they did it straight away.

Very good service and do quick and perfect job. Hard working guys and ladies. Price is also good.

Decent car wash, could have done a better job though

Cleaned my car very well, cheap too. Nice staff, straight to the point. Would go there again.

Avoid did not clean properly at all something so basic like hoovering…how do you hoover badly?? Also did not wipe the dashboard after spraying chemicals on it….avoid…

I highlighted when I was there and was still disappointed the fact I had to keep pointing out rubbish not cleaned by hoover and body not wiped down properly to a point I wiped it myself…..
The dash was not wiped down it still had cleaning product which I wiped myself as I drove away…..
