Prestige Auto valeting

Very disappointed that staff seem to just pick a price to suit. I had the full works Silver, wash, dry, vacuum, silicone doors?, wax and polish bonnet.
Mine is two door two seat (no back doors or no back seats so fairly small. Usually get charged £7 and £12 and max £15 however they on this occasion charged £18? I did say I always bring it here I always get charged £7 and £12 depending on service, but they decided on this occasion £18 rather than next one up would be £15? I couldn’t see their boss to say. Bit dissatisfied. But their tip was to be £2.50 helped cover the extra £3 charged! Also once home had to wipe the car for splashes which you expect, but then viewing the sills and wheel arches were still muddy. Front of grill and windscreen still had dead flies, opened the boot and had particularly spoke to an employee about hoovering up in side over the wheel arches where soft top gathers leaves and stuff when opening the roof, one side hadn’t been done, did that too at home. Sad really they used to be really good. And I did opt for their highest advertised service.

1- i found it closed in day time around 4pm(their reason was "its raining " outside)i told them as i need to clean inside but no chance...
2-if its a bit queue ,they rush and they do bad job, they don't care,they just want to catch as many cars as possible..
I will choose the automatic ones or other...

Avoid these guys like the plague! High prices, surly staff, poor customer relations. Very disappointed.

Had the work van washed, small van £20 wasn't that dirty inside. I had to ask them to dry the car, it wasn't hoovered properly. Upon closer inspection lots of bits were missed on the washing too. The door shuts were left dirty. Windows smeared.
Water marks everywhere Etc.. used to be better.

I asked the man how much for the 'blue service' (either £12 or £15 as advertised) and he answered £20. I questioned why it would be more than both prices on the board and he said "your car is really dirty". They spent 1 minute max on the wash and I was then stuck in a garage with cars in front and behind me for 20 mins. I asked if they hoovered my boot and his response was, "it's full we don't move your stuff and it's too late now as you're out of the queue". I completely understand about things being in the boot, but they would have happily let me drive off having paid for the boot to be cleaned without letting me know it was exactly the same. The man was rude and unprofessional, I'll never go there again now sadly

Dreadful. I went there for a hand car wash so they got the bits that the automatic car washes miss, they missed even more!!! The hoover inside wasn't great either, especially the boot it didn't look like they even tried in there. Waste of time and money. Photos to show carelessness.

Very good. Always do great cleaning of your vehicle, inside and out, depending on your situation. You can ask 😏 for extra attention to certain things, cleaning extra dirt off.
Excellent result all the time . Just expensive!!!
I've got Free washes from my Car insurance, once a month, only reason I go 😒

I took my car to be cleaned today and I'm delighted with their service and customer service, fantastic job and they were very friendly and efficient, I also went with my friend last week who is also very pleased with the job and care they gave too, very good value for money, we will definitely use them again
