Auto Spa Car Wash

Had my car washed and the inside cleaned, was meant to have all the door shuts cleaned also. They used the jet wash on the door intervals and this soaked my hatch cover which I didn’t appreciate, the door shuts was still dirty which I had to clean, I pointed out some marks after they said they was done and they said there was nothing they can do yet I came home and I managed to remove with just a cloth and elbow grease. Along with clean the inside of the window and I had to Paid £20 for this. Not happy

Professional cleaning at a more than affordable price! I only passed by chance, and the van needed a clean today, so I stopped and waited despite the short queue. It wasnt a long wait, and it was more than worth my while for doing so! The attention to detail from start to finish is nothing short of amazing, and I left with a new van once more! Thank you Guys

FANTASTIC come here as icy as I’m in Bristol been to more than my fair share of car washes being a minibus driver and this one is the best. Highly recommend

Great car cleaning service for very good price. Car was quite dirty but afterwards like new.

Just been here today for the first time. Judging from the good reviews I was looking forward to a good experience but sadly not so.

I asked for an outside clean and just the footwells vacuuming and was quoted £15.

Around 15-20 mins later when finished, they said it should've actually been £20, I looked at the car and could see several areas that had been missed (driver door smudged, cleaning product on rear bumper), so said I'll be paying £15, which they happily accepted. Had no issues with any of the staff there.

Got home however and had a proper look and saw that they've done the most half-arsed cleaning job ever; front grill, number plates, bumpers, inside sills (which I'd pointed out initially), wheels, inside wheel arches all missed. Also the vacuuming wasn't great either. ZERO attention to detail.

Decided to go over bits myself, and ended up doing the whole car near enough! Annoyingly only thought about taking pics until I'd done all but the wheels.

Have previously been to hand Car Wash just down the road and they did an amazing job - really thorough - but pretty sure I had cash taken from my coin tray there, hence wanting to try somewhere else. Looks like I may have to go back (but make sure I empty car contents first!!)

This is the best car spa in Bristol, i've been going here for about 6 years, these guys really do a great job and the attention to detail is what separates them from all the others
