Had to get one of the guys to go over the front of my car as it was still dirty, the alloys are also still dirty. One of the worst hand washes I've used. No attention to detail, just a quick wipe and onto the next car

Great service! Really feel for the guys standing out there in the freezing conditions though. Maybe the management could provide their staff with waterproofs at least?

Absolutely disgraceful wash. Even couldn't be bothered to rinse off soap properly.

Attendant uses dirty cloth that he has been applying the fake tyre shine to attempt to dry the door sills (I had to get another cloth and do it myself)

I could have done a better job if I'd washed it myself at the Sainsburys car wash a few 100 yards away... for £3

Not to long of a wait, no pressure in to choosing the dearest. Just great service, great results. Would highly recommend
