Waves Hand Car Wash Norwich

An absolute con! I have a tiny little hatchback and the guy charged me £10 for it! There was someone with a big long saloon car who got charged £10 as well! When I queried why mine was the same price as the saloon, he said it was because he washed the outside and cleaned the inside. I only asked for the outside to be washed!! He said he had given me a discount because I’m so beautiful! Yet he’s given me a service I didn’t want. The wash isn’t even that good, there’s still mud on my car and I also have a big long scratch down the side which wasn’t there before! Avoid at all costs!

When I arrived, I asked what it would cost to have my seats thoroughly washed on my Ford Cemax 2011. He responded £125 which then reduced to £95 followed lastly by £85 which I agreed to. I returned an hour later and whilst waiting for my car to be finished I looked at their price list where the most expensive thing on the menu was £75? Naturally I then challenged the person in charge as to why my price started at £125 and ended up still at a price which was way over the most expensive item on the list? He didn't and couldn't specifically answer my question and seemed to seriously struggle how we ended up at the price which he quoted. On top of that he confirmed that he had categorized my car as a 4 which is the largest vehicle, 1 being the smallest. How on earth is a Ford Cemax in the same category as a Transit Van?

Total rip off, prices are extortionate and certainly not a first class clean! Tesco's should use a different company. No prices on their website, only on the site where they work from at Tesco's in Sprowston. Will definitely not return.

They did a good job but more expensive then others around the area.
I guess it's handy when doing your shopping at tesco to get your cash washed while doing so.

Awful, told us £30 then charged £38 because there was dog hair in the car! Didn't tell us before when we agreed the service level. Alloys are still filthy. Appalling customer service do not use!

I asked for a Bronze wash (outside only) and was told to return in 30 minutes. My car was pretty dirty after parking under a tree for a month so I was satisfied with how well they had cleaned my car. However, I was expecting to pay £12 for my Renault Clio but got charged £22.. on their prices £22 is the price for the largest vehicle on Bronze Plus. Not happy with how much I paid but as I had not agreed a price with them prior to leaving my car I felt I could not argue. Unlikely to be returning again.

Over charged at £22 for a wash but was told they applied a special wax! Then immediately noticed scratches on car bonnet which were obviously fresh and I know were not there before. Manager took a look and immediately said it was not done by them and refused to help in anyway! Complained to head office and after waiting days for a reply was told that they wouldn't have done this and offered no solution resolve this. Would never use again and think @tesco should be ashamed to have a business operating this way in there car park. Just check out the many other reviews!

1 star is too generous. Asked for the middle clean should be £15 according to the prices. Came back an hour later was charged £28! A price that didn't even exist on the prices displayed and the inside was not even touched. Complete rip off. Will never return. Tesco should seriously consider the contract they have with this cowboy company.
