Excellent service. These guys are thorough and really get into the grooves to clean all areas of the interior too if you choose that package. There are many levels of clean to choose from. Always satisfied with result, though I *do* throw away their air freshener as it’s too fake-smelling.

I love having a clean and shiny car and I cannot fault the service and quality from Genti's, always really quick and do a great job. Had my seats cleaned last week due to a couple of stains, some where really old but they got them all out! My car looks great! Thank you. I go and get my car washed around once a month 😊

Reasonably good job, some spray marks inside and dirt on the roof, but overall was good. They didn't actually ask me what service I wanted, just got on with it, I later said I wanted the interior done too.

Used to go here all the time years ago, back in Gloucester today so thought I'd get the car washed at a place I knew, only needed the outside done. Pulled in and only 2 cars there just being finished, I was waved into the wash bay and I asked for just the outside. The lad snow foamed the car, washed it off and then I waited 10 min for them to finish the car in front. When the lad came back he just started to dry it....no contact wash so you could hear the grit being pushed about. Then he was done, terribly finished so I took the car home and washed it properly. Won't be going back!

Had a basic outside wash, only £10 - I suppose you get what you pay for! Still dirt on the bottom of the doors, spent an hour when I got home recleaning the front, and wiping all the water marks off. I don't know what they sprayed on the silver panel on the bonnet, but it has left marks which will not come off. Won't be going there again.

Car is cleaner than before the wash, but the boot barely had a vacuum passed over it and brake dust on wheels all still there along with mud on the inner doors. Tried it thinking it’d be worth the money, but I usually do the same myself for free.

Definitely one of the best around, car goes in dirty and comes out looking amazing. Well priced and well worth it.

Good service, i would recommend. Car is super clean and the guys were friendly and happy to help. The very bottom rim of the car needed wiping at the end as there was mud.
