Waves Hand Car Wash

I bring my car here when I need a deep clean. I drive a captur and think £25 is a fair deal. Not the biggest car but also not the smallest. I'm always very happy with the result and recommend it to anyone. I'd rather pay the extra and have a sparkling car, than pay £5 somewhere else and have to get it done again.
Another plus, I can get my weekly shop done whilst they're working on it. Happy all the way.

Booked an afternoon slot, chose the silver option which was £25 only to be told when I got there that my car was too dirty, the cheapest they would do it for was £40. No ta!!! Went straight to tondu valeting, no questions asked, immaculate job for £25.

Great service the car turns out lovely everytime and would trust this place with high end cars ! They use autoglym products so always a reliable wash ! Great range of prices also! PRICES HAVE INCREASED BY 1-2 depending on was since this photo was taken

Very expensive 25 pounds for an estate. I found a car wash in bridgend for 15 pounds for exactly the same thing, and they did an excellent job.10 pound saving

I am very disappointed that this company, clean my car and broke the inside mechanisms to cover the cup holder in my Mercedes. I notice that they had broken it before I left the site, which the manager was not happy about because when I asked him for an incident form he refused and told me to go away! this was after I heard the member of staff that cleaned my car admit it was an accident as the manager was screaming in his face about the issue he had caused! however the manager still refused to help and told all his boys to lock up and leave....... leaving me in the car park with no way of sorting this. (this was at 4;45 on a Saturday)
I have taken this further to WAVE the franchises and they are not much better, after their investigation which was appalling!! the Bridgend branch have denied the allegation and practically called me a liar after the photo I've shown them too. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE AS IF THEY BREAK ANYTHING IN YOUR CAR YOU WILL NOT HAVE A LEG TO STAND ON UNLESS YOU TAKE THEM TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT!! terrible customer service both with this company direct and WAVE the franchises. please be aware before making the decision to have your car cleaned here.

Turned up in my van 20 plate so new and clean. Wanted a wash and vacuum the front only wasn't really dirty inside at all. Quoted £25 the sign said a different price so i queried it. £25 or not at all he said. Tada then went to the IMO across the road great service £11.00 inside and out and was spotless. Stop ripping people off. Your business will go bust.

I found 2 of the staff (a male and a female) very verbally abusive towards me today when I parked close to their car wash but in a tesco parking space. I did not have my car cleaned but shopping at tesco's and after the way I was approached and spoke to today I would never use this car wash. I was asked to move my car and when I refused because I could not see any reason to do so the staff became very angry and abusive towards me. On return to my car this continued with the male attendant swearing at me using "f--- ---" at me. The female attendant made a rude gesture at me using her finger, she repeatedly told me I was crazy, she told me to take my car and go away. I found these two staff members very intimidating, confrontational and aggressive and very unprofessional. I have taken the matter up with Tesco and Waves head office but felt it should know the way they treat people. I actually would not even give them 1 star but seemed unable to write this review without giving a star rating!

Happy with the clean, unhappy with damage to the steering wheel and subsequent handling of the concern. When the damage was bought forward to their head office all liability was denied.
