I called to enquire about getting my carpets cleaned. The guys got me booked in for the next day. I was able to be at the house so I trusted them to let themselves in. They kept me updated through the whole process. Were realisable, trust worthy and did a great job. Would definitely recommend.

I have used Heros carpet clean first time but I can tell you it would not be the last time. After my tenants left my property the state of carpet was like in a war zone. Stains and mud everywhere. My off white colour Carpet looked like dark grey. After bit of research i found hero's prices very competitive. Gave them a call and one of their friendly person attended the property next day. When the cleaning was done it looked like a magic. Such a good cleaning with nice odour. I was amazed. They saved me a fortune as i was thinking to replace the carpets. But not anymore.
