Arrived on time! Very pleased with carpet, looks like new again. Got a couple of stains out on lounge sofas and really revived old sofa in conservatory. Very good, clean and tidy. Would use them again!

I moved into a new home Saturday and the carpets were grim to say the least. . I knew I couldn't afford to change them for a while so called up these guys. I was not expecting much at all as the stains were really bad but they come up lovely!! I was shocked and totally impressed, and the service I received was extremely professional and second to none!! Will most definitely recommend them to friends and family and use them again myself. One very happy customer 😀

Read the reviews so was confident I was in safe hands. Unfortunately Leigh took less than 10 mins to do 3 rooms, didn’t go under any furniture such as my bed and when I queried some stains still left he told me it would be fine. He was packed up and ready to leave after 20 mins so upon walking around and seeing he’d not gone under the bed I asked him to come back. With a sigh he did but the section around one doorway I could still see was dirty he just sprayed and didn’t vacuum again. I wake up today to see my carpets still as dirty as before so I got out my little carpet cleaning VAX and in 2sqft by the door I had flagged earlier pulled out filthy brown water. Suffice to say I’m really quite angry at how poorly the job was done.
I have tried to call and text multiple times with everything being ignored.
Simply I think for the £80 I paid I’ve been had and am chasing a refund.
Convenient how everyone is now unable to respond but very quick to when it’s a new job!
My carpets are a silver grey colour so you can really see what’s been cleaned, I’m not sure if other customers mostly have dark carpets so can’t notice as well what has not been done properly or if I was just very unlucky and caught him on a very bad day.
Either way I have not had a good experience at all

Leigh was superb from the first phone call. He was friendly and professional. Leigh came by first to have a look at space in order to provide a realistic quote. Work was done well and good value for money too. Good job and I personally will use this service again.

Leigh came and cleaned my cream carpets and sofa. The sofa had multiple stains on from my 2 year old son, as did my carpets. However within a matter of 30 minutes he had got rid of all of them and they were like brand new. So professional and quick. Thanks Leigh.
