The Flooring Firm

I thought I had to let people know what a treat it was to use The Flooring Firm. I had been looking for Karndean flooring and had visited a number of other shops in the area. I knew as soon as the young salesman started speaking that I had found the right shop. The promises he made me about everything going well were wall founded, a perfect job. We paid one payment at the end and got an actual guarantee from Karndean and a verbal lifetime guarantee from the shop. GOOD, VERY GOOD.

Completely unprofessional approach from the young salesman who was not interested in our custom at all. When we asked if he could give us a price on a floor, he said "won't be a minute" but he continued speaking to a friend on his mobile behind the glass partition in the office. He kept us waiting for 15 minutes before I got fed up and left. When I said "Forget it, we're going" he didn't look up, instead he simply waved nonchalantly. Its not the first time I've had bad reports about this shop. Will not use again. If you want to be valued as a customer, DON'T USE THE FLOORING FIRM.

Excellent in all aspects. Have used Michael and his team many times. This time for large Karndean & Carpet job. Cannot fault in any way every time I have used this company. Neil
