Excellent business. All staff very helpful and friendly. Certainly would recommend this for all carpet requirements.

Unfortunately, I found the person I dealt with to be unhelpful when I visited to look at Karndean and other flooring. I suspect he was knowledgeable but just didn't seem interested in selling me anything. I asked whether it would be possible to borrow a sample to look at in situ and was told I had to get them online. I want a substantial amount of new flooring but won't be buying it from here.

We have used this local business a few times. Always excellent practical advice. Peter was very helpful when we were selecting a carpet and later when WE needed to delay delivery of the carpet a couple of times. Lee did a great job fitting and Tom was very helpful when we had mats made out of the carpet remnants. We’ll be back when we next need flooring.

Very knowledgeable owner with years of experience. Good selection of carpets both in stock and for order. The showroom is a little cramped and cold in winter, so put some warm clothes on when visiting in winter

I had my stairs and landing fitted, Peter and the fitters were really friendly and helpful. Local business that seem like they care about their customers. Highly recommend.

Very disappointed with carpets. Only had for 4 months and already look 5 years old. When we complained, Peter suggested to buy we a comb or an implement to remove the tufts, fuzz, to depill the carpets ourselves. Said he was too busy to send someone round to rectify the problem. Definitely not what you expect on brand new carpet.

Jack and Peter were very helpful in the show room and the fitter did an excellent job of fitting the carpet on the landing and stairs at my Studio. I would highly recommend!

Errors and incomplete explanations made throughout the process and became exceptionally rude . I will not be using them again or recommending them.
