Albany Carpets

Not happy - do not let you know when they will arrive and do not answer the phone until 10,00. I had emptied drawers and shelves and removed almost everything but they still dragged remaining small furniture (not good for antiques) and finally walked off leaving an 88 year old lady (who had given them a cup of coffee!!) to clear up with a small domestic vacuum cleaner!

Today I called to enquire about Amtico Spacia . I was told on the enquiry it would be a minimum of £80 plus VAT including fitting.

I was ok with this price. I wasn’t asked where I wanted it fitting and my area of flooring to be covered etc. no questions. For this reason this company has lost my business and I was putting multiple rooms their way. I called somewhere else in Aylesbury and got a completely different service.

It’s not often I write reviews however I feel I have too, the service I received was fantastic from start to finish after a few weeks of research getting quotes I decided on Albany carpets the 2 carpets fitters where amazing the standard of their work was brilliant I’m so so happy with the end result , you will be mad to not to go with this company
