Prior dealings with 5 other carpet firms, Carpet store and Darren have put them all to shame on customer service, prices and standard as a firm. Darren spotted problems and immediately corrected and found solutions within the same sentence. A shame i didn't discover such a professional, expert and enthusiastic company years ago. restores faith - a credit to you guys. thanks you

I've had some Laminate put throughout the downstairs after the previous owners left it in a state, have nothing but good words to say about the whole process and Joe and Paddy who fitted it have made it look emaculate, really improves the whole house. High quality, professional and fully recommend.

Had an appointment with Darren to come round to measure up for new carpets between 5pm-6pm. Never turned up and wasn't notified unfortunately. I sent a message asking what had happened afterwards which was also ignored!

As usual a 5 Star service from Darren. Always helpful and explains everything as required during the process of buying a carpet. The range and current stock is extensive. Up to now they've fitted our Lounge, 2nd Lounge and soon to be 2 X bedroom carpets.

Fantastic place to get your carpets from, I have purchased 3 lots of carpets from the shop and it has been excellent service each time! and at a bargain price compared to the big shops.
