Carpet Mills Maidstone

As first time home owners, we were not very sure about what we were looking for. We knew we didn't want carpets but Laminate flooring. We walked into Carpet Mills and Andy was quite helpful with showing us around our options. We started looking even before we had exchanged contracts. But Andy was kind enough to help us with a tentative quote based on floor plan of the place we were buying. I visited again on the day of completion and Andy took the measurements the same day and booked us in for the earliest available day which was 2 weeks away. Dan was fantastic laying the beautiful Laminate flooring for us. We opted for the Quick-Step Majestic Laminate flooring. They don't come cheap but we are extremely pleased with the product as well as the service. We would highly recommend Carpet Mills and would love to use them again. Delighted with the new flooring throughout the ground floor of our house. Very friendly and knowledgeable sales team and super speedy fitters who completed the job in nearly half the time. 100% recommend.

Was promised door trimming included with carpet fitting by Darren, the owner. Then got lied in my face he never promised it. Also requested a specific fitter, Daniel(top guy) then somebody else turns up.

Edit: brand new door edging, top job,I don’t think it supposed to be bent though , see the image below.
The owner being sarcastic with customers won’t help sorting problems either.
The receipt saying no door trimming does not change the fact that the owner knowingly lied in my face. You also give no choice of postponing, you gave me the facts a day before that the booked fitter is not available even though i booked 2 weeks in advance, you just decided to send him elsewhere. How is that fair?

Revisited Carpet Mills, having had our carpets done 3 years ago by them. Was really happy with the great customer service and advice again - the QuikStep flooring has transformed our Lounge

I love this family run company, I turn up with 3 children and I’m always given a warm welcome. I’ve found they provide a knowledgeable, efficient service and just can’t do enough for you. I’ve purchased carpets and used their fitters (very nice men to have in your home) and I appreciated the home visit to measure up and the courtesy calls before and after. I also used them for my children's mattresses and the driver carried them to their bedrooms and they are really comfy. My next project is my lounge wooden floor and I’ll be using them for this, I can’t recommend them enough 😊

I approached Carpet Mills with a cheeky request, for my primary school, for any surplus carpet samples. They were only too happy to help, for which we are very grateful. Many thanks again!

Excellent service from both shop (Darren) and the fitters, couldn't be happier with my new carpet, was explained what different piles were on carpets so we knew what to choose from. Very happy indeed.

Arrived at Carpet Mills at approx. noon yesterday (Monday). I needed a bedroom carpet before Wednesday as I had a bed and furniture being delivered into my new home. The assistant couldn`t have been more helpful, he showed me a 3.2m long top quality remnant that was HALF price! it was perfect for me, delivered later that afternoon & fitted by my son-in-law, all in the space of 6 hours! A competitor quoted mid January (7 weeks later) I have used Carpet Mills several times & have recommended them to family & friends before but this was the best experience ever. Thanks so much guys.
