I have recently had new wood flooring installed throughout my flat. The two man team did a fantastic job. I have used Carpet Man before for carpet and from sales to installation, they have always done an excellent job. It was a very stress free experience. These guys are extremely professional, very friendly and very helpful. In 2.5 days they removed old carpet and underlay, laid new underlay and the flooring in two bedrooms, a long hallway and a large lounge. I have no hesitation in recommending Carpet Man to anyone. Extremely competitive, and you always know they are going to do an fabulous job.

From the moment I spoke to Chris from carpet man he literally couldn’t have been more helpful. We had so many delays with our renovation but he bent over backwards to help us and get what we wanted. He spent so much time talking through everything to make us feel happy and his team that fit the carpet were amazing, tidy, polite, on time and no mess. I can not recommend them enough and we will definitely be using them again in the future.

Went to get 2 new fitted door mats done. Took in old ones for them to use as templates. They measured and ordered them in - took 2 weeks. Went and collected the new mats and when I got home, they were both cut too small! Went back to explain this and was rudely told that they don’t guarantee exact sizes and they cut them roughly to size?! Wouldn’t allow return, refund or reorder so paid for something not fit for purpose!

The service provided by all the staff has been exceptional plus all the different floorings they have provided have been the best quality and every installation has been outstanding in terms of punctuality and standards of work. Fantastic! I had a wooden flooring from Carpetman. The booking, fitting and assistance from the staff was great. They were flexible working around my calendar that I really appreciated. The fitting team did a really great job not only with the installation but also left my place in a really great condition afterwards. Highly recommend! 😊

Absolutely abysmal. If you don’t want to have your floor replaced within months of having it done I would highly recommend you go else where. I am now having to seek help from other companies to correct this shoddy work who have all told me this is completely unacceptable. From sharp long grippers being used on my stair carpet that poke through and flaps of carpet on our stair runner that are left unfinished to a floor which is completely unlevel, gaps under all my skirting boards, creaking and bouncing when walking across it and floor boards that don’t even line up. Not to mention sunken knots throughout all of the wood which is now starting to chip and have since been told that should never have passed quality control. Would not recommend to anybody.

We have used Carpet Man for Wandsworth for several years for a rental property, and have always been very happy with the product and service. This time we used them for our own home and we were glad we did. Olivia manning the office, and Chris the measurements/product were absolutey excellent. Efficient, communicative and really helpful.
