I knew what I wanted and decided for LVT In the kitchen/living area and carpet in the bedroom . His service was far greater than any other I contacted and why I choose and will choose again for any further projects 😊

As a landlord it’s great when you get an excellent and comprehensive service at good value. Having contacted Castle Street Flooring over the phone and discussed our requirements they liaised directly with our managing agents. They measured, quoted and fitted within 10 days so that the new carpets were down in time for our new tenant. Fitting was well done and the carpet looks great.

Anthony is very responsive, he helped us to squeeze in a schedule for fitting even our developer keep delaying the completion date; he kept checking the fitting progress that made sure it is up to schedule and good quality for our rush move in.
The after sale services are also very good that Anthony answers all my questions in responsive and timely manner.
Luke and Steve helped us to do the floor fitting, they are very professional and efficient!

Anthony and his team have done an amazing job on our new parquet herringbone flooring, carpet and stair runner. He spent a lot of time with us helping to choose exactly the right product.

I have bought a carpet from Castle Street Flooring, fitted today by the team they recommended. The shop were very accommodating as the fit had to be delayed twice due to problems with the project. The team they recommended were excellent - turned up on time, polite, quick and tidy workers. The carpet looks excellent. Thank you.

I had visited many carpet shops before I contacted Castle Street flooring… I knew what I wanted and what I was prepared to pay.
When I discussed this with Anthony he suggested that I had not chosen the best option because I had a large stairwell that was an unusual shape. He was the first shop to highlight this problem. I took his advice and my carpets are beautiful. He visited the fitters on both days and checked what they were doing….. it was not an easy project for his men but they worked hard to achieve a fantastic end result

We bought a fixer upper in Canterbury earlier this year and Castle Street flooring was the first to make a difference in this renovation journey. They took our floors from orange carpet to beautiful jet black herringbone floors. They have since transformed our 5 floor stairwell and supplied us with the parquet we needed in advance so that our flooring was seamless when we did our kitchen. Antony is very professional and always reliable. All 3 different fitters we had were efficient and pleasant to have around. I couldn’t recommend Castle Street flooring enough
