Boundary Carpets & Beds Colne

Just had our lounge fitted by Boundary Carpets. I got a better quality carpet at a cheaper price, than one of the the big well known stores. The underlay was cheaper too. Simon was very helpful and his fitting team did a great job. Highly recommend, i'll be back for my stairs in the new year. Thank you.

Having spent the last few weeks carrying out home improvements we have spent a lot of time in various shops. We have been bamboozled by none existent bargains. Ignored a raft of dodgy discounts and been talked down to like a two year old by I pad wielding twenty something whiz kids who can’t answer a straight question if the answer isn't on Google.
What a treat then to come across a business where good old fashioned customer service is still the norm. We walked into Boundary carpets and in the midst of modernity, surrounded by quality, we were politely greeted by Dave, a very knowledgeable sales person to whom nothing is too much trouble. Every question answered and without the need for Google. We arranged for a measure and price quote which was duly done by the owner, Simon. He turned up exactly on time and was very polite, professional and efficient. He explained what the fitters would be doing regarding our furniture and assured us there would not be a problem with things we couldn't move. Happy with all we had seen we ordered the carpets which were delivered and fitted as promised. We did have something of a problem but nothing was too much trouble in rectifying it. Simon went the extra mile in sorting the problem and made sure we were happy with the result. In my mind a problem is only a problem if it’s not dealt with. In this case it was, so it wasn’t if you get my drift.
I can’t recommend this shop highly enough. From the minute you walk in the door, to the finished job, you are made to feel that your custom is important and nothing is too much trouble. The whole team are absolutely top notch. Excellent service and good value for money.

Excellent service from start to finish. We had our stairs and landing carpet fitted today and we couldn't have hoped for a better job. We wouldn't dream of going anywhere else for carpets from now on. Thanks for a brilliant job.
