Teddington Carpet Centre

Teddington Carpet Centre was recommended to us by a friend for our bedroom carpet and we're delighted with the service we received. Everyone in the team - the owners, estimators, shop manager and fitters - are friendly, polite, clearly expert in their job and keen to make sure the customer is 100% satisfied. We had to move our fitting appointment a couple of times due to decorating work overrunning, and this was handled calmly by Sharon with no hassle. We will definitely be using them for all our flooring needs in future!

*Update* We have since had our hall, stairs and landings fitted with new carpet and a new fitted doormat. Again, the service we received was excellent, with the team coming to lift and dispose of the old carpet before the decorator came. Connor worked really hard over 2.5 days and did a really great job. Thanks & keep up the great work!

We are delighted with Teddington Carpet Centre's work to replace our bedroom and hall landing carpet. The estimator was friendly, admin support was efficient and the fitter was in great spirits despite there being a heatwave the day the work was done! They even kindly suggested we didn't need some of the underlay to be replaced as it was fairly new, resulting in a lower price than the quote. I'd definitely recommend.

Teddington Carpet Centre did all x3 of our bedrooms, and were VERY accommodating with our building works going on; we had to delay our small / 3rd bedroom fitting on more than one occasion ! ....... Love the carpet, and what a transformation it has been so far; we'll definitely be returning customers once the extension has been finished

Excellent service as always from the Teddington Carpet team. Have used them for many years and have always received a personal, professional service. Always accommodating with samples and in suggesting less pricey solutions where possible. Fitters were great -very knowledgeable, skilled professionals when fitting the laminate flooring we had put down in 2 large rooms. Highly recommend.

I have just had my whole house carpeted by them and was very daunted by the prospect but I need not have been worried.
The carpet fitter was excellent . He worked hard and conscientiously throughout the week he was with me and I am extremely happy with the
outcome .
The house was always left clean and tidy at the end of each day.
Their Customer service was also excellent . Nothing was too much trouble and I was given lots of hints and tips on looking after my new carpet .

We recently had our flooring changed, we have had walnut for a number of years and wanted something lighter , went into Teddington carpets and spoke to a very helpful assistant, had a grey in mind due to lounge colour scheme and was advised to maybe go for something more neutral, We took a sample home sunbleached oak and few weeks later had it fitted . fitters were exceptional and done an amazing job, very happy with it, customer service was brilliant throughout, we would highly recommend Teddington carpets to friends/family.
