Tony in the shop was wonderful. He gave great advice and also came to the house for measuring up. Didn't pressurise and gave us a competitive quote for really good quality carpet. Fitting took place at the time agreed and the work was carried out to a high standard. There was a bit of a hitch regarding finishing off the landing, but was resolved quickly within 24 hours at no extra cost. Like all trades these days, it's the responsibility of the house owner to dispose of the offcuts/waste, but I can do that much cheaper than they could. I thoroughly recommend St John's Carpets.

Tony was extremely helpful. Lots of choice in store and competitively priced. He came out and measured rooms and was efficient in only ordering only what was absolutely required. Friendly fitter who did a great job. Would definitely recommend and will use again.

Fantastic service from first going into shop to fitting today. Tony and Matt are lovely, friendly guys and Matt has done a fantastic job of fitting lounge and stairs (thanks to Billy too). Great choice and prices. I wouldn't go anywhere else. It is rare these days to find a small family business who really do care about their customers. I would highly recommend St John's Carpets. Right from the first enquiry to supply and fit our lounge/dining and hallway carpet we were over the moon with the service and commitment from Tony, Matthew and Billy. Would highly recommend and use again in the future.

We are so pleased with our carpets . They are very knowledgeable about carpets and very honest about the sqm and what underlay to have , some of the other companies we had quotes from were not !
They did a really good job fitting and would 100% recommend and we will definitely be using St. John’s carpets again !

Absolutely amazing, was told about St John's carpets by my mum who has used them many of times when needing carpets. I recently moved into a flat and so went with these guys and I'm honestly not disappointed, brilliant service, very friendly men. The person 'Brian' who came to fit my carpets was also really nice, and very fast might I add. Definitely will be using them again in the future 😊 thank you for my lovely carpets, very happy with them
