Avoid at all costs. Customer Service is impossible, it took 6 times as long for them to do the job than quoted and I had to phone 6/7 times to chase it up, staff are extremely rude and they overcharge more than they initially quote.
I sent off a rug sample as a test to see how the whipstitching would turn out. I was initially quoted £12 and told I would have it back in a week over the phone so I posted my rug over. Two weeks later I hadn't heard anything and I had been told I would have it back by then so I called up. I had been completely forgotten about. This carried on for 5 weeks, and on the 5th week I found out they hadn't even unpacked the parcel I'd sent them with the rug inside!
After a couple more phone calls I managed to get the job done and get my rug back. Overall I wasn't completely happy with the results but for the price I was quoted I was happy and was thinking for future jobs I would just clear up exactly what I wanted.
However I was then sent an invoice which charged me for double what I was quoted. I replied explaining how this is not what I was quoted, the job had taken 6 times as long and it wasn't really up to scratch. I offered to pay for what I had been initially quoted and I felt this was fair as I had gone through so much stress trying to get my rug back.
I was then sent an incredibly rude reply completely dismissing all the things that they had fallen short on and verging on offensive (see screenshot below)
Really disappointed that it turned out like this, as a freelance rugmaker I had really been hoping that this would've been a good service that I could've used in the future.

Dreadful experience. I had a large irregular shaped off cut of carpet from a Tapi Carpets fitting which I wanted made into a rectangular shaped rug. I was recommended this company by the fitter and was told that they’d whip it whilst I waited. I made the long journey to their workshop and was told that I’d need to drop it off and return in a few days. I returned in a few days and still it wasn’t done as only the proprietor could cut the carpet and he wasn’t around! I eventually got a call almost a week later saying the carpet was ready. I was charged a hefty £60 and was stunned to see that they whipped the carpet in its original odd shape! They had little interest in resolving the issue and said that I wasn’t specific on what I wanted when I dropped it off. I recommend finding a carpet whipper that’s more interested in customer satisfaction than this outfit. A real shame as the actual whipping work was good and these guys are supposed to be the best.

Good service, good choice, but expensive for what it is. Other providers more competively priced, just need to do your research in advance.

Richard and the girls are amazing. The service is second to none and pricing is very competitive.
