Lee and Roger were very helpful and knowledgable. They know their products and how to accurately measure for carpet. One estimate I received (from a larger chain of stores) stated that I needed six square metres more than I actually did. Thank you Lee for saving me some money too!

The fitters, Dean and Louie, did an excellent job. They successfully met the challenge of some large pieces of furniture that had to be moved and did an excellent job of fitting the carpet.

Through my company we have used The Carpet Company for over 20 years. I do not think they have ever let us down. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for and they are excellent value for money. I would highly recommend.

Most efficient carpet company we have gone with. Walked into the store and booked them in to do some measurements in which they came the next day. We then returned back to the store as its around the corner from our home and chose the carpets we wanted. Got booked in for the next 2 weeks and had new underlays put in with the new carpet on top. Feels super bouncy! Would definitely use them again for when we need new carpet on the landing and stairs.
