Every carpet in my house for 40 years has been supplied by Mr Tapsell and his team. The service is amazing, time slots given for quote/fitting and very reliable. Thoroughly recommend them and feel it's good to support the smaller businesses.

I like this shop!! Only been there for carpet but been a good few times! They have a huge choice, reasonably flexible prices. Fast measurement and fitting service and a very tidy fit at the end of it. They seem to have it all from hardwearing cheaper 'let' carpet to the mega-bucks middle eastern rugs of my dreams!!!

The shop offers lots of choice and both Ben and Quill are really nice and approachable in store.

Quality of the carpet and underlay is superb and already had lots of positive comments on it.

Martin the fitter is a fountain of knowledge and he can fit a carpet amazingly well and can drink nearly as much tea as me.

Thanks guys, we love our new carpets and will be back when we need other rooms doing.
