I had new carpet laid yesterday absolutely thrilled with the quality and service. Nothing was too much trouble for the carpet fitters. Ordered only 10 days ago so quick service. Highly recommended.

We recently had carpets replaced by Connaught Carpets in our hallway and stairs and we’re very pleased with the result. The fitters did their jobs well, were careful and obliging and considerate.

Needed a bedroom carpet replaced with only 2 weeks notice. All other vendors had a 6-8 lead time but Connaught Carpets was able to get the job complete and installed in time. The carpet and underlay were great quality and even though there were delivery issues, they contracted a 3rd party fitter to ensure the job was done on time and on budget. Great job.

Carpets went down and they absolutely wrecked the brand new skirting boards with their tools. They also didn’t finish the job - they quoted and were paid to carpet the whole of our 1st floor including two walls of built in cupboards in two bedrooms. They did not carpet either set of cupboards - when I called up to ask them to come back and complete the job they said that instead I should use the surplus carpet they ‘generously’ left behind to cut pieces for the cupboards myself. Surprise surprise - I am not a professional carpet fitter. Owing to them being particularly busy, I was told that to get people to come out and finish the job would cost a £200 call out fee. Joy!! Very disappointed having paid these guys £3.5k to get a pretty simple job done. In my opinion - avoid - although looking at the other review clearly they get it right sometimes! Maybe they were just having an off day, but I will never know because I certainly won’t be going back.
