Excellent service from staff that actually care about their customers. have brought 3 rooms and hallway carpet from them and new mattress. products great quality and just can't beat the service! every member of staff from the shop to the fitters have perfect manners and great customer service. this is getting rare so defiantly deserved a review and to be shared.

These individuals have gone not only the extra mile but way beyond that and without a huge payout for them. Their customer service is just that its all about the customer. We damaged new flooring in the kitchen by pulling out a washing machine. The flooring style has been discontinued and the team have researched to find something similar by other manufacturers. I'm just so grateful for all their efforts. Below is the damage.... they also refused a repair as they knew it wouldn't last.

Fantastic company. I called for a free, no-obligation quote on Monday, they came that very afternoon and my carpet was fitted Thursday morning. Max who I dealt with was very professional and friendly and the fitters were the same. Minimal waste left behind and my large living room carpet was fitted within an hour. Would highly recommend this company and I will definitely be using them again.

My experience? It's where I get my carpets from. You'd be mad to get them anywhere else because the carpets from the big chains aren't the same. The chains buy cheap carpet in bulk and sell them at a nice mark up. This mob only seem to sell nice carpets and they never seem to cost as much as the ones from the big chains either. You can feel the difference really easily, and you can definitely tell when the carpet isn't fit for the skip in a couple of years.

Fantastic job by Brad who was so helpful and polite. Would recommend this family business. We had laminate flooring laid throughout and we're so pleased with it.
