Went to show room during opening hours and found it closed. Called mobile numbers and left message, no return call...and that's how they treat new business!

I really can't understand why, when you told me you open at 10am, that your doors were closed at 10:20am on Monday morning when I returned to place an order. No indications on your website (or on the door) of when you are actually open)! This is simply not good business practice.

Steve and his team have just completed the carpet and flooring throughout our whole house and I highly recommend them, we couldn’t be happier with the job. Absolute first class service from Install a Floor. From the initial enquiry, Sam in the shop was so helpful. I approached them as I had done my research & found that they were qualified suppliers & installers of Karndean flooring.
I was unable to go in to the shop due to Covid restrictions so Sam asked me to send a list of samples I’d like & they would drop them round to me. I sent a huge list. When they dropped the samples to me, I felt really bad as they were huge boards (which were much better than the smaller samples I’d been sent from other companies), but nothing was too much trouble for them. Eric allowed me to keep the boards so I could show my husband & we then decided we wanted to see some different samples, so he kindly came back again to drop them off to us.
The floor fitters Geoff & Steve were amazing. We had a big area covered & wanted the floor laid on a 45degree diagonal with a border, so not necessarily a straight forward job. They had the whole area screeded one day & the floor was completely laid the next day.
We are absolutely thrilled with the final product, it looks amazing. Would highly recommend this company to anyone. First class, thankyou so much!!!😁

Install A Floor have been absolutely brilliant from start to finish! My grandad has dementia and doesn't like work being done in the house so when I initially called and explained my situation they were so helpful. I sent photos and measurements and they gave the most accurate quote they could from this, they sent photos of the flooring samples based on the description I gave on what we ideally want and we couldnt be happier with the result! My Nan is SO happy with her lovely bathroom floor. Thanks so much again for the incredible customer service and quick installation! Will be booking in again soon for other rooms! :-)
