Bought our living room carpet at a very reasonable price. Friendly and helpful when we went to the shop. Got just what we were looking for. Eddie the carpet fitter arrived when he said he would and did a great job, patiently fitting to our awkward-shaped room. Friendly and polite the whole time. So glad we found this shop and feel service was much more personal that larger chain shops. Will recommend to all our friends.

Got holiday chalet in California sands always go there .they fit days to.suit you .the 2 guys who fitted 2 weeks ago even moved my furniture in living room i had no where to put it keep up good work thank you

Really impressed deserves 5 stars and more. We visited the store and was greeted by Ian who left us to browse around and take our time without any hard sale. There is a great selection of carpets and flooring with prices to suit all budgets. I liked the fact Ian was very knowledgeable with the type of flooring that we wanted. Ian kindly allowed us to take home a few samples for a couple of days to enable us to get a true feel of the thickness of the vinyl. After choosing our flooring and working to a deadline with builders and kitchen fitters, Ian even managed to get us fitted to meet our deadlines. The two fitters Mark and Lee were on time, very respectable and professional. Floor looked absolutely beautiful. After Mark and Lee left we noticed there was a small fault within the manufacturer pressing. I contacted Ian straight away. After sending photos to Ian, he telephoned to inform us he had spoken with the manufacturers, a new floor will be sent out. Within two days the floor was with Ian and yet again Ian managed to fit us in with fitting the very next day knowing our timeline was limited. The same fitters came and once again they were brilliant. Overall, we are extremely happy with the service we received from Ian and his team and even though the fault was with the manufacturers and not Ian directly, he was super efficient in resolving the problem and making sure we got our perfect floor in time. Thank you Ian and team you truly are a super store.

Amazing customer service from start to finish. A reputable local business who offers professional advice with no pressure. Carpets arrived before schedule and fitted perfectly. Highly recommended company will not go anywhere else thank you for everything!

Good choice of carpets, many made in Britain so quicker delivery times than the bigger chain stores importing from Europe. Quick fitting time and good quality carpet laying. Fault due to end of carpet roll, so replaced without hesitation next day, excellent customer service!

My elderly neighbour ( late 70s ) bought hall, stairs and landing carpets from here, the carpets was lovely, no complaints but the man who fitted them is a different matter. He is apparently retired but still does occasional work for various carpet shops, he laid the hall carpet making my neighbour hold it straight at one door whilst he pulled it to the other, my neighbour has serious heart problems and should NOT be doing that, he then told my neighbour he's popping out, he came back drunk. He spent lots of time zoning out, she had to point out work he claimed he forgot to do, basic carpet laying jobs, he told her to cut up her old carpet and bin it herself even though it had been paid for to be taken, he tried to get £35 extra from her for that, she refused and he left it at hers telling her NOT to tell the company that he had left it and then to top it off he told her he's going back to the Troll Cart pub so is leaving his tools at hers and will collect them tonight!!!! He has left them but she lives alone and will not be opening her door to anyone at night. As we speak she is cleaning up all the mess he made . This is not professional and the company seriously need to look into who they are hiring as this man has upset and scared an elderly lady who is not well. The 2 star rating is for the carpets not the fitter.

Very friendly and helpful. Not at all pushy and the prices are very reasonable. When the time is right we will be ordering all of our flooring from here.
