Bought carpet from here today very very polite and helpful. Tried somewhere else first nearer to me they were not helpful at all. For anyone needing carpet, you won’t find a better stock and considerate staff that appreciate your custom, come here you won’t be disappointed.

I would like to edit my previous review which was totally incorrect due to a technical error. For over 40 years I have purchased all my rugs and carpets from this family run business and always received excellent advice and service.

What an absolute find! An incredible selection of genuine handmade and antique rugs. We initially bought a 6'x4' rug, but on arriving home we decided we should have gone for a larger size. Christchurch Carpets were happy for us to return a week later and exchange the rug for a different one. I cannot recommend this knowledgeable, friendly shop highly enough.

Great place. Always get our flooring here. Not run of the mill boring carpets! Prices comparable with big name warehouse outlets. Very helpful staff!!!
