Helpful friendly staff in store. Prices are very reasonable. The fitting was of an excellent standard and believe me being in the carpet cleaning trade i've seen a lot of badly fitted carpet. Very pleased with this company.

Excellent!!! Had a bad experience with a not very fabulous floor company so was a little dubious when ordering again. Explained my experience to the guys in store. They were fantastic. All extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Then saw the man who came out to measure when we went in to order so knew exactly what I wanted. Pricing clear and invoice broken down. No hidden costs. Did not try to add on extras. Fitters brilliant. Really please with flooring and service... they did such a great job... they're going to have to come back to do kitchen and 3 bedrooms... sorry guys haha

Previously good service so went back there when we were after safety flooring for a wet room. Although they don't stock that type of flooring they emailed back to recommend another local business that was able to help us. I did mention this to the other ace and they were very appreciated. Thanks "That Carpet Place"

For our family it was no brainer of using these guy's for our 3 bed house carpets, vinyl and laminate. Go and see someone in person there and believe me that you won't be disappointed!

Not happy costmer sales is pretty good matt and adam ... however fitting and after sales is not so good having to remove my flooring as poorly fitted and due to leak in kitchen the water got under all my flooring where it wasnt glued or sealed properly its was only a week old

Super helpful friendly staff huge range of carpets and quick service had rooms measured in less than a week and carpet laid in less than 2 weeks and only took that long as I had to have non standard length ordered

Approach with caution. Pricing not transparent. Quoted instore with 12mm underlay
, fit and materials included apart from £20 for glue spray. Price quoted after measure went up by £75. When I called to question this, the guy I spoke to implied I was lying about the original quote, including the 12mm underlay upgrade, and asked me to send a photo of the original quote. I sent proof but no change to the inflated quote. If someone made a mistake with advertising then say so, don’t get annoyed and then imply your potential customer is a liar.
