Do not use this company ! You'd be better off fitting the carpet yourself. The staff are rude and incompetent. The standard of their work is appalling. They caused hundreds of pounds worth of damage to my property and didn't even let me know they had done it. Their 'area manager' also doubles up as a carpet fitter. The office staff are next to useless. They are unorganised and understaffed. You will have an awful experience. I wouldn't ever have them back in my house.

John Henry is part of the fixtures. Excellent service. We always buy from John and wouldn't consider going anywhere else. We hope his employers appreciate just how important he is to them!!

I would like to clarify my previous negative review.
I am very happy with my carpet, I am very happy with the fitting.
When ordering, we asked about 'carpet creep' and were shown a roll of material intended to prevent this.
The week after fitting I visited the store with the intention of buying some of this. A different salesperson told me that they could not sell it to me and even worse, he seemed fairly dismissive of my problem, telling me to try B&Q.
Not the end of the world I grant you, but it took the gloss off an otherwise pleasant experience.

Specially impressed with fitters, Paul, Paul and Sam. Very quick, professional and tidy. Couldn't believe how speedy and efficient they were! And thanks to Chris, for coming to quote and making it customer friendly!

Had a carpet installed about 5 years ago that turned out to be very bad quality. That is fine as maybe we chose a poor carpet. Upon removing the carpet we noticed it was actually two small pieces of carpet that were taped together. Absolutely terrible given that we paid more for the carpet to be one piece as we were told that was essential otherwise we ‘would see a line’. Will never use again.

Worst experience I’ve ever had with trade. Fitter used foul language and walked off the job when asked if he could make sure he joined the carpet properly. Left with half a carpet in the room. Second fitter apologised and came back a week later. Carpet is also poor quality and generally fitted poorly. May have to replace entirely. Save yourself time and money and use an established company.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Lady in head office who is the so called owner, insulting me and very argumentative. “Put a stop” to my carpet being delivered and when I asked about a refund she went on a tangent about a carpet being fitted. Very horrible and a very 2 faced company. Fitter told us a certain price and she told us something different. Even though a verbal contract is legally binding ( which they should know ) please make sure you get anything and everything written down and signed !!!!!!!

Still waiting on delivery or delivery.

So far so good, carpet has not been fitted yet as we were advised on the current wait time. However no pushy sales and so so helpful
