I ordered a Karndean floor. The staff were very friendly and even brought the huge display board to my house so I could see the design in in my home, to help me choose the one I wanted.
Price was good and fitter came on time, was very polite, and did a good job. Very pleased!

My mother ordered and paid for in full new flooring for the bathroom. Date was agreed for fitting which should have been Wednesday 7th August. They said to check the day before for a approximate time of arrival. So Tuesday 6th we called into the shop to be told not only had the flooring not been ordered, but there was nothing on the system to say due to be fitted the following day. We left with the member of staff advising he would get the flooring delivered and fitted on Thursday 8th. I phone on the 8th at approximately 12pm just to confirm everything was okay. Was told yes and fitter would be with my mother later that afternoon. Approximately 1hr later we received a call to say wasn't going to be done, my mother understanderly wasn't happy. They advised would do it Friday 9th, she advised it would need to be done in the AM, or she wanted her money back. As already wasted 2 days waiting. By 11.45am on Friday 9th there had been no phone call or anyone arrive to do flooring. So my mother phoned them to be told the fitter was on the way. My mom said she wasn't happy as she had started wanted it done in the morning, the staff member then changed his story and said as soon as he comes into the shop to pick the stuff up he would let her know he was on his way. My mom advised no I want a refund, I am fed up of having to wait around for you. There has not been apology at any point for this bad service. We will never use Walsall Carpets again.
We had a phone call asking for her card number so could refund, she wasn't comfortable doing this, so I went down to the shop with her card for the refund, yet again no apology, just played the blame game. Is this how your company treats paying customers? It is absolutely disgusting how your company treats paying customers. In this day and age where companies rely on feed back, reviews and word of mouth for business.

We had our whole house done with these just short of twelve months ago, the flooring and carpet is coming up, after already having it put back down carpet was cut all shapes and sizes we had to have the stairs and landing refitted due to the two blokes that came want to go to the pub!! Then our living room had to be refitted absolutely shabby job would never recommend this ever again. We also payed to have our hallway floor to be skimmed with latex again that had to be ripped up and redone for it all to come back up with in twelve months if that absolutely awful work never ever again

Haven’t turned up to complete the job, no phone call I had to phone them to find out they are not coming, dreadful customer service for fitting!

Had conservatory blinds fitted today. Excellent service & very prompt & polite. Very reasonable prices. Will use again.

Very helpful staff who understood what we wanted and provided, high quality carpet at not a high price, carpet fitter was also very efficient and professional.

Had my carpet fitted today very happy with the guy who came to fit it he was friendly someone else was meant to do it but they moaned cause i couldnt lift the sofas alone to move out of living room so the guy who came out sorted it very happy with his service and the quality of the carpet is great will be ordering some for bedroom next
